The Fact About Fat Burner . How It Works and Give Positive Result ?

Are you like everyone else who wants a quick fix to burning their unwanted fat? That’s why fat burning supplements have become so popular that you can find them in almost any store that you walk into. Find out the real truth about fat burning supplements before you spend a lot of money and time, which could be a waste. The problem is that fat burners and other similar supplements will not get you anywhere if you are completely dependent on them. Regular daily diet and exercise is the biggest part of the battle. Decreasing the daily calorie intake along with regular exercise is the biggest part of fighting fat. Fat burners can be used to enhance the results as a supplement. In other words, don’t eat like a sumo wrestler, and then take a fat loss supplement expecting it to cancel it out. It doesn’t work that way.

Most fat burners are supplements that usually contain different ratios of the same substances like caffeine, B vitamins, chromium, L-carnitine, and guggulesterone. They work similar to an energy drink to get you up and motivated to go to the gym and workout, which is the main thing that will help you lose that unwanted fat in the first place. Some substances in the fat burner can effect your hormone levels and how your fat is metabolized in your body to help use it as an energy source. There are thermogenic effects that some fat burners have which causes your body temperature and metabolism to rise. The effects of fat burners will not fix your problem areas on their own. You have to work hard in the gym and eat nutritious low calorie foods to lose bad weight. If you use trust worthy fat burners properly then you may be able to speed up the process. Different fat burners have different side effects and people may have different reactions. You must be very careful.

Don’t trust the labels on any fat burning supplement, or the advertisements. The labels are not regulated by the FDA so they can put almost anything they want on the label and claim that their product will do just about anything. You have to do research and the best sources are people who have already been adventurous and played the role of the guinea pig. Talk to people in the gym who may have taken fat burners and have the results to show for it. Also, don’t trust the advertisements even if they show before and after pictures. Often those before and after pictures are altered. It’s easy to make the before picture look bad. All you have to do is get someone thats in great shape to stick out their gut and slouch their shoulders. Even the little things like body hair, gloomy pictures, and people with frowns on their face can easily convince you that they were really at a low point in their fitness lives. The after pictures are often brighter and the people are clean shaven, flexing, and have a smile on. Don’t let those ads fool you.

If you find a trust worthy fat burner, don’t overkill on the first day. The first one or two weeks start the dosage off slow. It’s easy to think that taking more of the supplement will have a greater effect, so why not take more? Well your body may have a serious adverse reaction. Many people drink coffee in the morning but fat burners often have their own dosage of caffeine. If you take too much caffeine you may end up feeling very fatigued, light headed, jittery, and recovery from workouts can be slower. It’s much safer to get your body used to something by taking the recommended dosage, or even less for the first week or two.

Fat burners have many positive effects that will help you burn extra calories and use your fat stores as energy in your workouts. If you choose to use something like this be very careful and skeptical about anything that the supplement claims. Talk to people who have personally taken them and find out what results they got. The worst mistake you can make is completely relying on a fat burner to do all the work. It just won’t happen. You have to get motivated to get out of your recliner and go to the gym.

If you don’t like the idea of taking a fat burning supplement, there are easy ways to add foods to your diet that promote fat loss.

What Is R4bia Sign Means For ?

For The Solidarity of Muslims all over the world towards our Brothers and Sisters !

A few People may called it Rabia or Rabbia ! but, the real one is R4BIA .
What is d meaning of R4BIA ?

Why its become trending and suddenly many people changes their Default Picture in Facebook Account to R4BIA Symbol ? It must be something that u shall know .

Here is the  chronology of why R4BIA is trending right now .

It is released by Turkish Prime Minister, Recep Tayip Erdogan started on Saturday, August 17th 2013. The 'Rabaa sign' has become the symbol of protests against the military coup in Egypt and the center of the anti-coup protests, Rabaa al-Adawiya Square.

Made by raising four fingers with the thumb resting on the palm, the sign has come to represent civilian demonstrations protesting the ouster of Egypt's first democratically elected president Mohamed Morsi and the ensuing violence that killed hundreds of people.

Rabaa means four or fourth in Arabic. Just a few hours before the massacre on August 14, anti-coup protesters in Egypt were struggling to voice their demands to the world by raising their four fingers.

Rabaa al-Adawiya Square is now as famous as Tahrir Square in Cairo due to the resistance it hosted by hundreds of thousands of protesters for more than two months. Last week, the square witnessed some of the worst atrocities against civilians in recent years.

Turkey has emerged as one of the fiercest critics of the July 3 ouster of Morsi by the powerful Egyptian military. Ankara has described Wednesday's violent crackdown on two major anti-coup sit-ins in Cairo's Rabaa and Giza's Nahda squares as a "massacre".

In Saturday's rally in Bursa, the Turkish premier accused Egypt's coup leaders of "state terrorism".

Rabaa al-Adawiya Square was named after a religious woman called Adawiya. Since Adawiya was the fourth child of the family, the Arabic adjective rabaa was affixed to her name.

The significance of the name is said to come from Adawiya's struggle for freedom all her life. Now with the anti-coup protests, the meaning of this name has given birth to a new symbol.

Why Not  "V Sign" ?

Anti-coup protesters use the Rabaa sign both as a reference to the name of the square and to distinguish themselves from pro-coup protesters in Tahrir Square, which prefer the internationally popular "V sign" for victory or peace.

The Rabaa sign has gradually risen in popularity in Egypt during the protests and eventually come to be used as often as the V sign.

The anti-coup protesters say that the Rabaa sign, besides being the symbol of demonstrations, carries some other meanings as well.

It obviously refers to the square, and distinguishes it from Tahrir Square that housed the supporters of the military coup. But the sign also refers to the deposed president as the fourth president of Egypt after Nasser, Sadat and Mubarak

Syiah Itu Sesat Lagi Menyesatkan Dari Dulu Hingga Kini

Sayangnya Syiah, auratnya ditutup tapi Aqidah nya jauh memesong.

Dulu orang kata betul ke Syiah ni sesat? Apa buktinya. Kerajaan x buat apa2 pun. Tapi alhamdulillah kini semua gerakan Syiah diharamkan. Pusat Syiah dihapuskan. Persatuan Syiah dihazafkan. Pendek kata, kerajaan sudah amik peranan. Alhamdulillah.

Sekian sahaja.

Salam Lebaran Syawal 2013.

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri
Minal Aidil Wal Faizin

Alhamdulillah Rezeki Allah , Final Exam Result

The Sweat,
The Time,
The Devotion.
IT PAYS OFF !

tapi x mengapa, aku lali jatuh merebah bumi,

Syukur alhamdulillah all praise to Allah ! Result final exam UKM dah keluar .

Sama2 kita mengejar impian kerana kita orang muda.
